4-2 Shells & Payloads

There are a lot of existing resources for what shells and payloads to reach for. I can recommend these sources to use. Later versions will flesh out specific considerations for what to use.

1. Swisskey PayloadAllTheThings
2. HackTools browser extension: nice for being able to quickly modify IP and ports for common shells in particular.
3. Red Team Notes for more specific commands and payloads, not limited to shells.
4. Sliver: I've particularly liked this for gaining more stable shells on Windows.
